Trash Talkin’

Who says “trashy” can’t be fabulous?

When decorating your space, there would be no better way to show how chic you truly are than by giving even your waste paper a beautiful place to call home.   In my search for all things fabulous, I have come across a few options that have been really well designed (which is key in my opinion).

Below are some stylish examples of waste paper bins that would say a lot about one’s owner… now, let talk trash!

This clean-lined and tailored version would look right at home in a sophisticated transitional apartment.  The oval shaped grip hole on one side allows this bin to also be hung (if you desire to hide your mess).

The next two examples were inspired by the contents they are intended for…

In this design, each of the bins comes in sizes that directly correlate to the paper to be disposed in them.  They are made from laser cut and bent sheets of metal.  Very minimalist and crisp… just like paper.

This design needs very little explanation… it’s for those of us who crumple our paper before we toss it.  Very playful and modern.

The next two examples are my favorites… they evoke a high-fashion feeling with a hint of old-worldliness…. Like they’d grace the offices of Vogue Magazine or something.

And finally, if you've accumulated large piles of paperwork … you can never go wrong with a good-looking version of an old classic.   This would never go out of style!

Another fine example of Design being in the Details.

Even your trash can look delightful!
