Green Resturants- The Bachelor Farmer

This week… the restaurants are green… not the decor, the food. We are talking about The Bachelor Farmer, which is a fairly new restaurant located in the warehouse district in Minneapolis. They serve Nordic cuisine which happens to be very under-represented in this state with such strong heritage. Never the less, they have a ultra unique atmosphere and a garden on the roof which they grow a majority of the produce.
