International Contemporary Furniture Fair

I recently Andrew and I attended the International Contemporary Furniture Fair in NYC.   Known as ICFF, it is a furniture show where new and innovative furniture designers show their exciting new goods.

Many vendors have been around for several years, but at this show they showcase their exciting new products.  Such was the case with the Richard Schultz line of outdoor furniture.

This newly styled addition to the 1966 Collection, which was originally created for Florence Knoll in 1966, is a beautiful addition to the collection.  The Richard Schultz line is one of my all time favorite outdoor furniture lines, and I have used it in many projects over the years.

At ICFF there was also new lighting that I was very drawn to.  Lighting can be like adding sculpture to a room.   Some of my favorites were the Branching Bubble Chandelier from Lindsey Adelman Studio

And the hand blown glass Happy Kiss lights from Caleb Siemon and Carmen Salazar

There were many quality new products shown this year, making it a worthwhile experience.   I take pleasure in attending these shows as it keeps GunkelmanFlesher at the forefront of new and creative design, allowing us to bring them into your life.
