Florida Beach House

A recent remodel by Karen McKay of a Beach House in Boca Grande, Florida.  The clients found this gem but it needed a major face-lift, every surface was touched, including a new Kitchen and new bathrooms, opening up the staircase and adding new windows.  A bar was added to the Living Room and a desk niche in the Master Bedroom.  The new oak hardwood floors along with the soft white paint gave the house the bright open and airy feel the clients were looking for.
